Global Edge to Bring UAE Property Developers and Indian Investors Together at Hyderabad Expo

Hyderabad, October 29, 2026: UAE-based Global Edge Advertisements LLC will organise the UAE Property Grand Expo 2026 in Hyderabad on October 31 and November 1, bringing participating property developers from Dubai and Ajman into direct engagement with prospective Indian investors. The event will take place at JRC Conventions and Trade Fairs, with support from the Dubai Land Department and the Ajman Land Department.

The expo comes amid continued activity in the UAE real estate market and growing interest among Indian investors in overseas property ownership. According to estimates cited by the organisers, Indian investors account for approximately 20–22% of Dubai’s property investment market, with annual investments exceeding AED 30 billion. Dubai recorded approximately AED 917 billion in real estate transactions during 2025, according to figures referenced in the event’s media briefing.

Hyderabad’s Growing Investor Base

Hyderabad’s technology and healthcare industries, expanding entrepreneurial ecosystem and internationally connected professional community have made the city a relevant market for overseas investment opportunities. The expo will bring participating developers to the city, allowing prospective buyers to compare residential projects across different price categories and seek information directly from developers.

For Global Edge, the event represents an extension of its work in connecting businesses and audiences across markets. Established in 2010, the company has operated in the UAE advertising and marketing sector for over 15 years. Its latest initiative centres on the real estate sector, where access to project information, ownership procedures and regulatory requirements remains important for prospective international buyers.

Investment Returns and Ownership Rules in Focus

The event will address practical aspects of purchasing property in the UAE, including project credentials, payment plans, financing options, rental demand, ownership costs and applicable regulations. The India–UAE Real Estate Forum will also bring together government representatives and industry professionals to discuss investment opportunities and regulatory transparency.

Market research cited in the event’s media FAQ indicates average gross residential rental yields of approximately 6–7% in Dubai. Actual returns vary by location, property type and market conditions, and investors must account for service charges, maintenance expenses and vacancy periods when assessing potential net income.

Indian residents can purchase property in designated foreign-ownership areas of the UAE, subject to applicable Indian and UAE regulations. Under the Reserve Bank of India’s Liberalised Remittance Scheme, resident individuals may remit up to USD 250,000 per financial year for permitted purposes, including overseas property acquisition, subject to applicable conditions.

The expo will also cover residency options linked to qualifying property investments. Eligible investors may qualify for a UAE Golden Visa through property investments generally starting at AED 2 million, subject to prevailing eligibility criteria and approval by the relevant authorities. Property ownership does not automatically confer residency.
